Tim Bass has a diverse work experience in marketing and program management. Tim started their career at FedEx Services in 1989 as the Manager of Domestic Product Marketing, where they oversaw multiple products and services. After a successful tenure at FedEx, they became the Director of Marketing at Bacharach, Inc., where they reported directly to the President and led marketing efforts to grow the business. Tim then joined EDMC in 2010, initially as the Director of New Programs and later as the Brand Manager. In 2013, they joined Chatham University as the Director of Programs and Dean of the College for Continuing Education, where they provided leadership and academic planning for online and community programs.
