Samuel Kwong

Samuel Kwong is currently an Engineer at the Highways Department, with previous experience as an Engineer at the Transport Department in the HKSAR Government. Samuel has also worked as an Assistant Resident Engineer at AECOM - Asia and 奧雅納. Prior to that, Samuel was a Design Engineer at Leighton Asia and a Site Civil Engineer at 香港寶嘉建築有限公司. Samuel's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Geotechnical Engineering from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil & Structural Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
