Chris Regan

Chris Regan serves as the Director of Transformation at National Highways, a role undertaken since July 2017, leading operations across a significant road network in the south west of the UK. With over 400 team members, Chris focuses on optimizing the management of strategic road assets. Previous experience includes positions as the National Incident Operations Manager at the Environment Agency, where responsibilities encompassed national incident management and capability development, and various leadership roles at Avon and Somerset Constabulary, including Deputy Head of Executive Services. Chris has pursued ongoing education through the Cambridge Judge Business School and other leadership programs, enhancing expertise in leadership and management.
