Dave Turner

Dave Turner is an experienced engineering professional with a background in civil engineering and a focus on structures. Currently serving as Principal Engineer Structures at Highways England since November 2020, Dave oversees operations at a new office in Maidstone following a transition to an AD contract. Previous roles include Structures Asset Lead at Jacobs Aone Plus, Structures Steward at A-one+, and Structures Inspection Team Leader at Balfour Beatty Mott MacDonald, among others. Early career experience includes positions as a Materials Engineer at United Gulf Construction Co. and Hanjin Construction Co., Ltd. Dave holds an HNC in Civil Engineering from Wolverhampton Polytechnic, earned between 1975 and 1977.
