David Perry

David Perry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational technology and education. Currently serving as the Operational Technology Asset Improvement Manager at National Highways since September 2023, David focuses on enhancing uptime and efficiency through performance reporting and risk analysis. Previously, David held the position of Data Analyst at Rivus from December 2021 to August 2023, where the individual designed QlikSense dashboards to optimize procurement strategies. David's earlier roles include Programme Manager and Technical Analyst at Kier Group, where operational teams were managed to ensure compliance in infrastructure maintenance, as well as teaching positions at Sandwell Council and Walsall Council, gaining significant leadership experience. David holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Wolverhampton and has a strong educational background with multiple qualifications from Aldridge School.
