Dean Sporn

Dean Sporn is an experienced leader in the construction and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as the Director of the Regional Investment Programme (South) at National Highways since September 2017. Previously, Dean held the position of Director of National Infrastructure at CPB Contractors, where leadership spanned the New South Wales and New Zealand business sectors. Additionally, Dean excelled as General Manager of Rail, leading a significant national rail business and directing high-revenue projects. Earlier roles include Regional Director at Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd and various managerial positions at Dean & Dyball Construction Ltd, as well as experience at Miller Civil Engineering and Kier Group. Dean holds a B. Eng Hons in Civil Engineering from the University of Brighton.
