Liz Garlinge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network development and strategic project management. Currently serving as the Director of Network Development at National Highways since June 2017, Liz has held various senior roles including Strategic Projects Director and Interim Network Planning Director. Prior to this, Liz was a Programme Manager for the HS2 Programme at the Department for Transport (DfT) in the United Kingdom from 2013 to June 2017, and held the position of Project and Programme Manager at the Ministry of Justice from September 2002 to April 2013. Liz holds an MSc in Information Systems and Technology from City St George’s, University of London, and a BA (Hons) in Spanish with Italian from Queen Mary University of London.
