Martin Hobbs

Martin Hobbs has an extensive career at National Highways, serving since September 1990 in various roles, including National Programmes Director (Operations), Asset Delivery National Rollout Director, Head of Contract Innovation and Intelligence, Head of Asset Resilience, Team Leader, and Project Manager. Prior to this, Martin worked at the Property Services Agency from October 1984 to September 1990, starting as a Graduate Civil Engineer before advancing to Assistant Project Manager. Martin holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Portsmouth Polytechnic, obtained between 1981 and 1984, and attended Peter Symonds College in Winchester from 1979 to 1981.
