Max Brown

Max Brown is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering, currently serving as the Head of Technical Services and Smart Roads Team Leader at Highways England since October 2014. Prior to this role, Max held positions as Senior Traffic Technology Officer and Project Manager at Highways Agency from February 2006 to December 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at Atkins from August 1999 to January 2006. Max holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Design & Management, Civil Engineering from Cardiff University, and previously earned an MEng in Civil Engineering from the same institution. Educational background includes attendance at Colfox and Sir John Colfox schools from 1985 to 1995.
