Rakesh Diwan

Rakesh Diwan has extensive experience in finance and accounts, currently serving as Assistant General Manager - Accounts and Finance at Vertis Infrastructure Trust since November 2025. Previously, Rakesh held various roles at Games24x7 from July 2021 to October 2025, including Senior Manager Finance and Finance Manager. Prior to that, Rakesh worked at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP from April 2016 to July 2021, progressing from Consultant to Manager. Rakesh began professional training as an Article Trainee at Maheshwari & Gupta Chartered Accountants from September 2012 to December 2015. Rakesh completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and is a graduate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where Rakesh studied from 2011 to 2015.
