Keith Speer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, business analysis, and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as the Business Systems Team Manager and Senior Business Analyst at Highwoods Properties since October 2019, Keith oversees over 60 custom applications integrated with Salesforce and a financial ERP system for more than 500 users. Previous roles include Software Implementation Manager at FM:Systems, where Keith contributed to the development of a leading Integrated Workplace Management System, and Product/Project Manager at icimo, focusing on analytics solutions for over 100 active clients. With a solid foundation as a Sr. Product Manager at Monitech and experience in launching profitable ventures as the Product Manager and Owner of Slate Title Group, Keith brings a wealth of expertise in driving product lifecycle management and customer success. Keith co-founded Yesmail, a prominent player in email marketing services, growing the organization from its inception. Keith holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
