Higley Unified School District
Michelle Bordonaro, MS. EDL, NBCT, is an experienced special education teacher currently employed at Higley Unified School District since July 2014, specializing in 6th-8th grade students in a resource setting. Additionally, Michelle has served as a Reebok Crossfit L1 coach at Crossfit Queen Creek since January 2017 and taught English as a Second Language at GoGoKid from June 2018 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as a special education teacher in Murphy School District 21 from August 2005 to June 2007. Michelle holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Western Governors University, earned in May 2023, along with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Arizona State University and a degree in Special Education from Rio Salado College.
