Jennifer Pearson

Jennifer Pearson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and project management. Currently serving as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Higley Unified School District since October 2019, Jennifer assists in teaching middle school and previously K-6 grade special education students, focusing on essential skills in writing, reading, math, and socialization. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at UnitedHealth Group, including Business Analyst and IT Manager, where responsibilities included project management and the establishment of a PMO structure. Additional experience includes program management at Intel Corporation, coordinating large teams and complex schedules, and a purchasing internship at Darden Restaurants. Jennifer holds an MBA in Supply Chain and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Brigham Young University.
