Vanessa Weaver

Vanessa Weaver is a Human Resources Specialist at Higley Unified School District since July 2021, responsible for managing HRIS data and providing support to employees. Previously, Vanessa served as Budget Secretary/Office Manager at Copperas Cove Independent School District from August 2017 to October 2020, assisting with personnel requests and preparing various documents. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Intern at Aflac, where Vanessa was involved in recruitment and employee training, and as a Grants Division Intern at El Paso Police Department, managing grant-related documents. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Sullivan University and has pursued additional education through the Institute for Veterans and Military Families.
