Frank Chan

Frank Chan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Frank started their career as the Executive Director of the PE Department at National Modern Financial Holdings in 2009, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they founded Engine Capital(EG) and served as its founder. Later in 2015, they co-founded hihilulu, a global platform for customized Chinese content for children to learn Chinese. In this role, they were responsible for concept creation, business planning, funding, partnership building, launch execution, and operation management.

Frank Chan has a Master’s degree in Economics from Sichuan Normal University. Additionally, they completed another Master’s degree in Economics from Singapore Management University.
