Currently serving as a Justice Innovation Officer at HiiL and previously as Project Officer for the Global Justice Accelerator Program, Salam has a strong background in facilitating transformative projects within the justice sector. As an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Consultant for the Huawei Seeds for the Future program and a Venture Building Specialist at FarmAI, Salam has guided diverse teams in developing impactful business models and securing investment for innovative solutions in food security. Founding Warsha Consulting, Salam focuses on youth development and empowerment through entrepreneurship and technology. Salam’s early career included key roles in organizations such as Jusoor, ChangeMakers, and UNFPA, contributing to scholarship programs, education initiatives, and effective communications. Salam holds multiple degrees in International Business and Biology from renowned institutions.
