Wafa Tourniaire is a financial professional with extensive experience in various finance roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Financial Controller at HiiL since January 2023, Wafa previously held positions at citizenM hotels as Manager of Business Control and Financial Controller from March 2019 to August 2021. Prior experience includes Finance Manager at Transdev (June 2014 - July 2016), Deputy CFO and Head of Internal Control and Accounting Processes at Bouygues Energies & Services (March 2010 - May 2012), and roles at EY as Senior Auditor and Auditor between 2005 and 2009. Wafa began a career in finance as a Business Controller at AXA during an internship in 2004. Wafa holds a degree in Corporate Finance from ESSEC Business School, completed in 2007.

User-friendly justice is what HiiL is all about. HiiL, short for The Hague Institute for Innovation of Law, takes action on innovating justice systems worldwide in the belief that innovation, when merged with research and data, can bring real change.
