Caroline Fricke Mantoura

Caroline Fricke Mantoura has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Caroline Fricke most recently worked as the Director of Strategic Planning & Development at HiiROC starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Group Head of ESG & Sustainability at Aztec Group from March 2022 to October 2022.

Caroline also had a long tenure at Accenture, where they held multiple roles. From March 2020 to February 2022, they served as the European Director of Operations, Innovation. Before that, they were the Director of Sustainability Strategy from May 2015 to March 2020, and the Manager of Sustainability Strategy from March 2010 to April 2015.

Additionally, Caroline has experience working at New Energy Finance as a Summer Associate in 2009 and at Arup, where they worked as a Senior Sustainability Consultant from January 2005 to December 2008, and as a Mechanical Design Engineer from September 2001 to December 2004. At Arup, they were responsible for designing HVAC systems for buildings and overseeing construction projects while also assisting with corporate social responsibility and sustainable development initiatives.

Caroline Fricke Mantoura completed their education with an MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde. Caroline Fricke attended the university from 1996 until 2001. In 2009, they pursued further education in business by enrolling in INSEAD and obtained an MBA degree.
