Duncan Coneybeare

Duncan Coneybeare has a diverse work experience in the energy sector. Duncan is currently the Strategy, Policy and Markets Director at HiiROC. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager, Low Carbon RAB at Ofgem from January 2021 to May 2021. From 2018 to 2020, Duncan worked at EY where they held the role of Global Sector Resident - Global Power & Utilities. In this role, they were responsible for building and sustaining client relationships in the power and utilities sector, implementing global strategies, and connecting professionals from around the world. Before that, Duncan worked as a Strategic Analyst and Global Coordinating Analyst for Power & Utilities at EY from 2010 to 2018. Duncan also had a strategy secondment at EDF Energy in 2009, where they worked on various projects related to corporate strategy and alternative generation sources.

Duncan Coneybeare started their education in 1986 at the University of Oxford, where they pursued a degree in Literae Humaniores. Duncan completed their studies at the university in 1993. During the same period, they also attended Hertford College, where they obtained an MA and MPhil in Classics/Ancient History.
