Bima Laga

Bima Laga has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as Chief Executive Officer at HIJUP since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chairman of Asosiasi E-Commerce Indonesia (IdEA) starting in September 2020 and held various roles within the organization, including Head of Digital Economy, Head Division Tax, Infrastructure & Cyber Security, and Public Policy. From April 2021 to December 2022, Bima Laga worked at Bhinneka.Com as the Vice President Corporate Affairs and Vice President Government Relations. Bima also served as a Senior Advisor at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in 2021. Previously, Bima Laga worked at Bukalapak as AVP Special Projects and AVP Public Policy & Government Relations. Bima also held the position of Public Policy & Government Relations Manager at GO-JEK and served as CFO and Director at PriceArea.com. Additionally, Bima Laga was an Internasional Visitor Leadership Program participant at the U.S. Department of State in 2016.

Bima Laga completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Manajemen STIAMI, spanning from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, in July 2013, Bima obtained the Brevet A&B certification from Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia. Bima then pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree at Universitas Pelita Harapan from 2021 to 2022. Although the field of study for the Master's degree is not provided, Bima has a strong educational background in both business administration and law.
