Saurabh Sahay currently serves as DGM Head Process Engineering and Technology Transfer for the Crop Business Unit at Hikal Ltd since April 2024. Prior to this role, Saurabh held multiple positions at SRF Limited from August 2019 to April 2024, including Lead Design Engineer-II, Lead Design Engineer-I, and Senior Process Design Engineer-II, focusing on commercial process design and successful commissioning. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Process Design Engineer at SRF Limited from February 2015 to December 2017, as well as roles at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as a Process Engineer from June 2013 to January 2015 and as a Summer Intern in May 2012. Saurabh started the career as a Summer Intern at Indian Oil Corporation Limited in 2011. Educationally, Saurabh earned a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, graduating in 2013, and completed matriculation at St. Michael's High School, Patna, in 2006.
