Swagat Phatale is an experienced professional currently serving as the DGM of Business Transformation & Animal Health at Hikal Ltd since April 2021. Prior to this role, Swagat held positions including Program Manager for Growth & Strategy at Indofil Industries Limited and Manager of Corporate & Institutional Banking at Federal Bank. Swagat has also contributed to the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur as an Executive Member of the International Relations Committee and gained early career experience through various internships in leading organizations. Swagat holds a PGDM in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur and an Executive Programme in Managing Businesses in International Markets from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
