Sugam Kuchhal

Sugam Kuchhal has several years of experience in various roles and companies. Sugam started their career as a Summer Intern at Steria in 2008. This was followed by a Final Year Attachment at Den Networks limited in 2009. Sugam then worked as a Business Analyst in Technology Consulting at Deloitte U.S. India offices from 2009 to 2011.

In 2012, they were a Summer Intern on the AON Mergers and Acquisitions Solutions (AMAS) Team at Aon Hewitt, where they conducted comprehensive analysis and estimated HR consulting opportunities in Indian M&A advisory.

From 2013 to 2016, Sugam worked at Capillary Technologies as a Senior Product Manager. Here, they were responsible for various tasks including engineering data management suites, creating business cases and product modules, and implementing digital strategies in multiple countries.

From 2016 to 2021, they joined Junglee Games as the AVP of Business Strategy & Analytics. In this role, they focused on maximizing value through data-driven intelligence, calibrating unit economics, and simulating and A/B testing user features for engagement and profitability.

Currently, Sugam Kuchhal is working as the Head of Revenue at Hike, where they are responsible for revenue management and leading actionable data insights. Their key responsibilities include owning the revenue generation process, developing growth strategies, unifying processes for optimal customer experience, and forecasting and monitoring all revenue streams. Sugam works closely with various teams to enhance decision-making and data utilization.

Sugam Kuchhal completed their education in a chronological order. Sugam began by attending St. Mary's Convent School in Panipat from 1992 to 2003, where they completed their All India Secondary Certificate Examination. Sugam then attended DAV Public School in Panipat from 2003 to 2005, focusing on sciences for their Senior Secondary School education. Following this, Sugam studied at Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering. Continuing their education, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing & Operations. Additionally, in 2012, Sugam briefly attended Copenhagen Business School for another Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
