Jessica Carrillo Alatorre has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica began their career in 2004 as an Administrative Assistant at The OC Surgery Center, where they provided administrative support. In 2007, they worked as an Executive Assistant at The Cimiluca Group, assisting with various executive tasks. Jessica then served as an Executive Assistant at March of Dimes/CBDMP from 2008 to 2009. During this time, they supported executives in their daily activities. In 2009, they worked as a Front Desk Assistant/Receptionist at Pacific Eye Care Center. Their responsibilities included managing front desk activities and providing excellent customer service. In 2015, they joined Hike it Baby as an Operations Manager, overseeing program administration and organizational development. Jessica later became the Interim Executive Director, responsible for strategy development and daily operations. Currently, they work as the Executive Director, collaborating with the Board of Directors to guide the organization's growth and effectively manage its activities.

Jessica Carrillo Alatorre began their education journey in 2004 at Saddleback College, where they completed their General Education Requirements. After a break, they pursued their education at Portland Community College from 2014 to 2015, earning an Associate's Degree in Business Transfer. Jessica then attended George Fox University from 2016 to 2017, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Management and Organizational Leadership.
