Darlene White

Darlene White is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Associate Director of Operations at Hikma Pharmaceuticals since June 2017, where responsibilities include leading an operations team to meet organizational objectives and ensure regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Darlene held positions at West-Ward Pharmaceuticals, including Senior Project Manager and Manager of Packaging Engineering, where project management and technical integration for product launches were key focuses. Darlene began her career at Boehringer Ingelheim, managing packaging engineering and cross-functional launch teams, as well as contributing to strategy management execution.
