Eyad Abuawad

Eyad Abuawad has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as VP North Africa at Hikma Pharmaceuticals since June 2005. Eyad has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including VP, General Manager, Deputy Vice President, and Commercial Director for the Hospital Unit in the MENA region, where responsibilities included overseeing Branded & Injectables business in the Hikma Group. Prior to Hikma, Eyad worked at AstraZeneca from March 2001 to June 2005, progressing from Medical Representative to Area Manager. Eyad began a career in the pharmaceutical field at MIDPHARMA as a Medical Representative from January 1999 to January 2001. Eyad earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Jordan University Of Science & Technology between 1993 and 1998.
