Mohammad Massa'd PMP has extensive experience in IT system administration and technical support, currently serving as a Specialist at Hikma Pharmaceuticals since July 2017, where responsibilities include systems administration, application support and training, vendor accounts management, and troubleshooting. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Engineer at Anhar almanma from December 2016 to June 2017 and as a Logistic Engineer at SMART Engineering Technology from July 2016 to October 2016. Mohammad Massa'd holds a degree from Alzytooneh University, obtained between 2010 and 2015.
