Nassim Rahmani

Nassim Rahmani is an experienced professional in commercial and business development, currently serving as Head of Commercial and Growth for Europe at Hikma Pharmaceuticals since January 2017. Previously, Nassim held various leadership positions at LafargeHolcim from September 2012 to December 2016, including Commercial Director, where oversight of a sales team with a significant annual target was managed, and Operational Marketing Director, focusing on branding and customer satisfaction initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, specializing in performance improvement for the pharmaceuticals, automotive, and FMCG sectors, and as a Business Analyst at OFTEX Internacionalización SL, where market research and export negotiations were conducted. Nassim holds an MBA in Circular Economy and Business Administration from the University of Exeter and additional certifications in pharmaceuticals from UC San Diego, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Université Saad Dahlab de Blida.
