Stuart Feldman

Stuart Feldman is a seasoned management consultant and technology executive with extensive experience in improving performance within technology organizations. Currently serving as the Global PMO and TBM Lead at Hikma Pharmaceuticals since August 2021, Stuart also acts as the President and Managing Consultant at Portfolio Management and Optimization Solutions LLC, focusing on enhancing value from IT portfolios through collaboration with executive leadership. Previous roles include Executive Director at Syneos Health's Technology Business Management Office and Sr. Director at inVentiv Health's Global Technology PMO. Stuart's career spans over four decades, including leadership positions at Medco, Express Scripts, and Merck, where significant contributions were made to portfolio management, financial optimization, and business transformation.
