Rennon Montoril da Silva

Rennon Montoril da Silva has a diverse work experience in various companies. Rennon started their career at GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes as an Agente de Atendimento from October 2011 until June 2015. Rennon then joined Grupo Simões as an Auxiliar Administrativo de TI from February 2016 to January 2018. After that, they worked at BBF Brasil Bio Fuels S/A as an Assistente Técnico de TIC from October 2018 to February 2021. Currently, Rennon is Head IT Support at Hilab since February 2021. In this role, they are responsible for managing technical support, handling tickets, training the team, coordinating software implementation and maintenance, project management, service desk administration, inventory management, documentation, user management, and process optimization.

Rennon Montoril da Silva obtained a degree in Analysis and Systems Development from Estácio between 2016 and 2019. In 2021, they pursued further education in the field of Information Technology, specializing in Data Science and Big Data Analytics at Faculdade Metropolitana.
