Nikhat Sardar Khan (FCIArb) (RICS) has over two decades of professional experience practising as a litigation lawyer in the Bombay High Court before moving to the UAE in 1999. She has been granted full Rights of Audience in the DIFC Court and before the senior civil and criminal courts throughout England and Wales upon transfer of her qualification to the UK.

She is highly experienced in litigation and dispute resolution matters, covering all aspects of commercial litigation and specialising in resolving disputes for businesses, from multinationals to sole traders to private individuals.
