Hila Lahat- Mardan

Hila Lahat-Mardan has a diverse work experience in the field of payroll regulation and management. Hila is currently working as the Payroll Regulation Director at Hilan Hailan, where they lead and manages cross-functional teams of system engineers. Hila is responsible for planning and executing new products to improve customer experience and setting goals and developing product vision according to business strategy. Prior to this role, they worked as the Payroll Regulation Manager at Hilan Hailan, where they implemented regulatory changes in the company's systems and supported customers and payroll accountants with regulatory and salary issues. Before joining Hilan Hailan, they briefly worked as the Owner of HLM Projects. Prior to that, they held various roles at KBIS, including V.P. product and customer management subordinate to the C.E.O., Director of the Company's Products, Team Manager, and System Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for designing and implementing the company's vision and goals, leading teams, scheduling and distributing resources, training and marketing presentations, and system analysis.

Hila Lahat-Mardan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from The College of Management Academic Studies from 1998 to 2001. Hila then pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management at the same institution from 2001 to 2002.
