Andrea Arnold (Andi)

Andrea "Andi" Arnold is a seasoned professional in human resources and risk management, currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Hiland Dairy Foods since December 2022. Previously, Andi worked at O'Reilly Auto Parts for over 21 years, initially as a Workers Compensation Coordinator and advancing through various HR roles, including benefits and leave of absence management, as well as processing new hire and termination information. Prior experience includes a role as a Collections Agent at Guaranty Bank, starting as a part-time teller and transitioning to managing collections for overdrawn accounts. Andrea completed general studies at Central High School from 1994 to 1997.
