Clay Powell is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Hiland Dairy Foods since August 2023, Clay previously held significant roles at Trident Seafoods as VP of Manufacturing Domestic VA and at Darigold as Senior Director of Operations. Prior experience includes various management positions such as Plant Manager at Aurora Organic Dairy and a range of roles at Safeway from Plant Superintendent to Supervisor. Clay's career began at Hiland Dairy, where responsibilities included Ice Cream Plant Manager and Supervisor.
