Daniel Winters

Daniel Winters has extensive work experience in financial and administrative roles. Daniel most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Hiland Dairy Foods since 2020. Prior to that, they held the same role at Bancsource from 2017 to 2020, where they were also the Interim Chief Administrative Officer. At RB, they worked as the Global Supply Controller from 2016 to 2017. From 2012 to 2016, they served as the Group Controller for Wood & Aluminum Products at ASSA ABLOY. Daniel was previously the Manager of Corporate Reporting & Analysis at PlayPower, Inc. from 2011 to 2012. Before that, they held various positions at Bay Valley Foods from 1995 to 2011, including Controller. Daniel started their career as a Plant Accountant at Tyson Foods in 1994.

Daniel Winters completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance/Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they pursued Accounting/Finance at the University of Arkansas from 1989 to 1991, although they did not obtain a degree from that institution. Additionally, Daniel Winters attended the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business for executive training in their Leadership Development Program, although the specific dates of enrollment are unknown.
