Randy Hyde MBA, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Randy started their career at Hiland Dairy Foods Company, LLC in 1979, where they held various roles including Director of Human Resources & Labor Relations. Randy also worked as a Manager at the Loadout Facility and served as Night Superintendent and Working Foreman, Third Shift.

In addition to their work at Hiland Dairy Foods, Randy also established their own business, Randy Hyde's Landscape and Design, in 1979 and served as the proprietor until 1985.

Prior to their tenure at Hiland Dairy Foods, Randy worked as a Production Supervisor at Dayco Corporation from 1978 to 1979. Randy also had experience as a Landscape Designer at Greenleaf Gardens from 1974 to 1979 and as a Plant Inspector at Hiland Dairy Foods from 1977 to 1978.

Later, from 1990 to 1992, they pursued Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Drury University. In 1993, Randy acquired a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
