Beth Needham

Beth Needham has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry. Beth has served in various roles such as Managing Director at Hilb Group, Best Practice Leader & Operations Manager at Optisure Risk Partners, Sales Manager for NH & VT at The Hanover Insurance Group, and Chief Operating Officer at Eaton & Berube Insurance Agency. Beth has also held positions at USI New England, Hanover Insurance, MetLife Auto & Home, and Avery, Dooley, Post & Avery, where they gained experience in claims management, sales, operations, and client services.

Beth Needham obtained a BA in History & Government from Suffolk University in 1995. Prior to that, they attended Weymouth High School. In 1997, they obtained a NH Claims Adjuster License and in 2001, they obtained a NH Property & Casualty Producer License.
