Carly Welskop

Carly Welskop has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as the Accounting Integration Manager at Hilb Group since July 2019. Previously, Carly held the position of Financial Operations Controller at U.S. Security Associates, Inc. from October 2015 to July 2019, where responsibilities included financial support and reporting for the Northern Region's 80 branches, focusing on KPI's and margin improvement. Carly's earlier experience at Willis Towers Watson spanned nearly two decades, progressing from Staff Accountant/Controller to Principal - Regional Financial Analyst, with significant achievements in budget management, sales compensation models, and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley policies. Carly earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida State University, completing studies between 1992 and 1995.
