Morgan Peniston

Morgan (Peniston) Justin, MBA, currently serves as the Regional Marketing Manager, Corporate at Hilb Group since July 2023. Previously, Morgan held the position of Senior Marketing Associate at Conning from June 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included internal communications, employee engagement, and corporate messaging as part of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. Earlier roles included Marketing Associate and Business Development Intern at Conning, with contributions focused on marketing operations and content creation.
