Bill Cantrell is an experienced operations manager and general superintendent with a strong background in construction and engineering. Currently employed at Hilbers Incorporated Contractors & Engineers since August 2020, Bill holds the position of Operations Manager while also serving as General Superintendent. Prior experience includes a decade at Eleven Western Builders from September 2010 to August 2020 as Construction General Superintendent, and a role as Superintendent at Hearn Construction from December 2004 to September 2010. Bill completed general studies at Vacaville High School, graduating with a diploma in 2000.
