Chey Boesen

Chey Boesen is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Clear Efficiency since October 2023, Boesen has held various roles including Project Superintendent and Project Engineer/Project Manager at Hilbers Incorporated Contractors & Engineers from July 2017 onwards. Previous experience includes Project Manager/Safety Manager at Chico Electric, Inc. from April 2013 to July 2017, and Project Manager at SRM Contracting from April 2012 to April 2013. Boesen began a career in management as Assistant Program Director at HCD of Butte County from September 2004 to April 2012. Chey Boesen holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Nevada, Reno, and completed PMI coursework from 2015 to 2016.
