Donald Lando

VP for Hilbert College Global at Hilbert College

Donald Lando is the current Vice President for Hilbert College Global at Hilbert College. Donald has also served as the Assistant Vice President, Enrollment Management at Medaille College from July 2017 to April 2022. In this role, they provided leadership in the development and implementation of a comprehensive enrollment management plan for the University. Donald also contributed to the development of effective policies and procedures related to student enrollment and enrollment related functions.

Donald Lando has experience working with other departments across campus to help strategize the enrollment process and increase enrollment numbers and retention. Donald has also coordinated with program directors and faculty to help fill various degree programs across all campuses and the online division. Additionally, they have overseen all graduate, adult and certificate programs at the Buffalo, Rochester and Online campuses.

Donald Lando is currently working on implementing yearly budget numbers for campus and online enrollments. Donald is also responsible for strategically planning out recruitment strategies for each year by semester start. Donald is currently the Co-Chair on Middle States accreditation for the University.

Donald Lando has an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Communications from the University at Buffalo.

Donald Lando reports to Michael S. Brophy, President. They are on a team with Ryan Caster - Interim Chief Financial Officer, Ann Rivera - Interim Provost & SVP, Academic Affairs, and Jeremy Trumble - Chief Information Officer.
