Eric Ludge

Eric Ludge is an experienced Program Manager with a robust background in plastics engineering and project management across multiple companies. Currently employed at Hilco Technologies, Inc. since January 2024, Eric previously held program management roles at Primera Plastics and Belmont Engineered Plastics. Eric's experience also includes significant positions at Action Mold & Machining and SyBridge Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed new tool quoting, engineering changes, and generating new business. Eric’s career began with project engineering and tool engineering roles, complemented by early experience in facility management and purchasing. Eric earned an Associate degree in Plastics Engineering from Grand Rapids Community College between 1988 and 1991.
