David Farmer has over 15 years of experience in civil technology and software engineering. Currently serving as Civil Tech III and Team Leader at HILGARTWILSON, LLC since July 2013, David leads a team on a significant subdivision project in Avondale, Arizona. Prior roles include Civil Tech II and Civil Tech Team Leader, focusing on residential civil plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil3D and Autolisp Programming.
