Christian Rookes

Christian Rookes has over 20 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry. Christian began their career in 1997 as a Senior Engineer at Hewlett-Packard, followed by a role as Principal Engineer at Agilent Technologies in 2000. In 2004, they joined Phyworks Ltd as a Marketing/Product Line Manager and Senior Applications Engineer. In 2006, they moved to Nanotech Semiconductor as the Marketing & Sales Director, responsible for global marketing and Sales and Business Development in North America. In 2011, they joined Semtech as a Marketing/Product Line Manager, and in 2013 they became Director of Marketing & Evaluation at HiLight Semiconductor Ltd. In 2015, they moved to ProLabs.com as the VP of Product Management, and in 2016 they returned to HiLight Semiconductor Ltd as the VP Marketing & Business Development.

Christian Rookes attended Loughborough University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a B.Sc (Joint Hons) with industrial placement year in Electronic Engineering & Physics; Joint Honours. In August 2020, they obtained an MBA Essentials certification from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
