Jacob Steenhagen

Jacob Steenhagen has extensive experience in network operations, currently serving as a Network Operations Manager at Hilite International since March 1999. In this role, Jacob administers a large LAN, manages firewalls across multiple locations, and has implemented advanced network infrastructure, including 10 Gbps switches and SAN-based storage systems for disaster recovery. Additionally, Jacob has developed various tools and web utilities to enhance operational efficiency. Prior military service includes roles as a Truck Driver and Military Police in the US Army, with a deployment to Abu Ghraib, Iraq, where Jacob performed critical security duties. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Arts and Sciences from Muskegon Community College and a high school diploma from Fruitport High School.
