Thomas Becker

Thomas Becker has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the automotive industry. Thomas currently serves as the Managing Director & CFO at Hilite International. Prior to this, they worked at DRÄXLMAIER Group as the Senior Vice President Controlling Electric, overseeing the commercial aspects of the Segment Electrics. Before that, they held the position of Vice President Controlling Operations & Electric at DRÄXLMAIER Group. Thomas also worked at Continental, where they served as the Director Total Cost Management Powertrain and Director Controlling Powertrain Fuel Supply Americas. In addition, Thomas worked at Siemens VDO APAC Co., Ltd. as the Director Finance & Accounting Asia Pacific and Director of Finance & Accounting China. Thomas started their career at Siemens AG Bereich Automobiltechnik, where they specialized in US GAAP conversion and asset management. Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated strong financial acumen and leadership skills in managing large teams and multinational operations.

Thomas Becker completed their education history as follows: From 1994 to 2000, they attended Universität Siegen and earned a Diplom-Betriebswirt (Master of Business Administration) degree with a focus on Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration). Later, from 2001 to 2002, they furthered their education at St. Gallen International Business School (SGBS) in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and obtained a Controller Diploma in the field of Controlling. Lastly, from 2008 to 2012, Thomas attended China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and completed their Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
