Randy McGuire

Randy McGuire is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance and governance within the aviation sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Performance & Governance at Hill Associates Corporation since November 2020, McGuire previously held significant roles at MITRE from September 1983 to July 2020, including Department Head overseeing the Performance-Based Navigation Standards and Tools division and the Aviation Safety Analysis division, managing teams of 55 and 65 staff members, respectively. McGuire also contributed to air traffic management research as a Group Leader and Member of the Technical Staff at MITRE. In addition to industry roles, McGuire served as an Adjunct Professor of Systems Engineering at Johns Hopkins University from January 2005 to December 2010. McGuire holds a BS in Applied Math and an MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering/Operations Research from Ohio University.
