Cathy Laws

Cathy Laws has an extensive background in community service and education, currently serving as a Community Impact Volunteer at Hill Country Bible Church Austin since September 1999. Cathy has played a pivotal role in various initiatives, including the Tree of Lights project, mission trips, financial coaching, and mentoring through Williamson County juvenile court, among others. Previous professional experiences include teaching roles at Bricks 4 Kidz and Round Rock ISD, as well as a long tenure at IBM as a Software Engineer and Manager, where Cathy focused on developing accessibility technologies and compliance standards. Cathy holds a Master's degree in Computing Technology in Education from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Texas Christian University.
