Clinton D. Kotal

Clinton D. Kotal has served as Chief Operating Officer for HCM Medical Group and HCM Surgery Center since 2017. Prior to joining Hill Country Memorial, Mr. Kotal served as the Vice President for Ambulatory Services and Network of Care for the The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio. Mr. Kotal has also served in various leadership and consulting roles with large healthcare organizations across the country.

Mr. Kotal received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas Tech University and his Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX.
